Enterprise asset management (EAM)
This module enables you to lay out, at any time, a complete list of all assets and equipments and assess its value. Easy to use for managers and ability to generate reports and/or export to any excel file. The module creates a complete record for each one of your assets and equipments (bar codes, location, price, picture, supplier, etc.)
Here is an overview of the Assets Management Application
Each of your assets will have its own identification sheet that will contain:
• Its bar code number
• Its location
• Its status (sold, on loan, stored, out-of-use, repaired)
• Its value
• Its photograph
• Its transactions history (sale, improvement, loan, repairs, maintenance)
Photograph
With the Photo tab, it is possible to view the asset you are seeking. Several photographs can be saved in order to follow the evolution of your asset's condition accurately.
Transaction
You can view the following in the Transaction window:
• Transactions carried out on an asset
• The generated cost of the transaction
• The user who carried out the transaction
• The maintenance and repairs made on a group of assets
• The generated cost of the maintenance
• The category / in-house location of the asset
• The transaction's influence on the residual value
• The fiscal and accounts category
Each transaction that is carried out on a piece of equipment is automatically saved. It is saved in the asset's history, allowing you to follow the evolution of its value and condition flawlessly. |
